Does anyone know when my wages will be paid?

I am paid on the 27th of every month which this month falls on a Monday, I used to be with clydesdale bank plc and my wages if due on Monday where paid on Saturday, I am now with Halifax and was wondering if anyone knows when they update for a Monday. thanks

Where can i repeat the leaving cert?

I did my leaving cert in 2008 didn't do very well at all only 170 points wasn't bothered at the time as i had planned to do a PLC but failed that. I wasn't really focused at the time but now i would love the chance to go back and repeat as i found a career that i would like to do. Is there any other options on how to repeat without going back to secondary school?

Out of state tuition for California?

I want to get a BA in general psychology and a masters in social working. I know that normally out of state tuition isn't worth it, especially for what I want to major (low salary) in but I want my permanent residency to be in CA by the time I've finished all of my schooling. I love the state, social workers with masters degrees make more in CA then the state I currently live in, and the weather would be comparable to the area I currently live in (east coast beach town). I don't know. I have so many questions regarding this. But the main question is are the out of state tuition costs worth it if I plan on making it my permanent residence? This is for the California state schools not UC's so the tuition will be cheaper. I'm definitely willing to get a on campus job and apply for loans. I'm not willing to change my major for a higher paycheck, this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. My parents will pay for 1/3 the tuition, the rest I have to come up with on my own and they make too much to qualify for FAFSA.

What is the benefit of joining the Reserves before College?

I am in DEP for the Marine Corps Reserve and i plan on being in the reserves while going through college and doing PLC. When i commission i plan on trying to become a pilot however I am now thinking about switching to Active and going to college after four years and using my GI Bill. Which route seems better? And if I do PLC can i still receive a GI bill eventually to pay for my Masters Schooling?

What do i do when buying a vehicle out of state from private owners credit union?

The owner of the vehicle owes his credit union 7200... he said he and i will go to his credit union to pay off the loan and he will get a release or something and then we take it to the county clerks office and transfer the vehicle to my name.... can you explain this better for me?

NJClass Loans already billing me?

I have taken a semester leave during late February from school and will be returning in the fall. I have also taken my "exit counseling interview" which was required by the financial aid office/loan company apon leaving. I have just gotten a letter in the mail stating that I have been 20 days past due my NJclass loan payment for the month and if 30 days past due, will be reported towards my credit. Why am I being billed if I have not been out of school for 6 months and have not dropped school? Whats worse is I cannot get a hold of these people on the phone or email so having my credit on the line is pretty serious when I cannot get any help or any answers. According to the NJClass Loan website, their loans work just like any other loan...monthly repayment is 6 months after a student leaves/exits school.

How long have schools been having proms?

When I was at school (when guns were toys and made of plastic) we had an end of term disco. We wore the latest trend if we could afford it. In my last disco the trend was those skin tight satin trousers with a long t shirt tied in a knot at the side. Today apparently you need a limo, ball gown and diamonds. What happens to the poor kids who cant afford these luxuries? Ive just loaned my God daughter my Monsoon taffeta ball gown.
