Should I get the Cervical Cancer Vaccine, and if I should where do I get it.?

I'm 13 years old and have never had sex. I live in the Goldcoast and want to get the vaccine but I've heard there are some reactions or side affects. I don't know much about them so I was hoping you could tell me about it. If there are no serious problems then I was wondering if you could tell me any and all of the places I can get the vaccine that are within driving distance.
