The only required vaccination for travel to Egypt is for Yellow Fever and that only applies if you are arriving from an infected area. Travellers are recommended to get their vaccination for Hepatitis A and B and ensure routine vaccinations for Typhoid, Polio, Typhoid, MMR, and Tetanus-diphtheria are up-to-date. Vaccination for Rabies is recommended if planning to spend a lot of time outdoors, or at high risk for animal bites, or involved in any activities that might bring them into direct contact with bats.
