How do I get a Car loan with very little credit?

I just graduated and have a full time job. I have very little credit but do have a full time job where I make about $1500 gross each month. I want something decent so I would need a loan for about $15,000. Also I have no co-signer. Any suggestions of where I could get a loan or any other advice? Also I really don't care how high interest rates are or how much I need to pay each month since I will be staying at home for a while.
