Do you think my dog has kennel cough?

So when i first got my dog he had a very little cough then i got him the bordatella vaccine for a boooster which he already had.Now hes coughing like crazy , I know you guys can't diagnose him but please atleast try . And he also chews everything ( hes a puppy) so that might be the reason too. my dog is a yorkie/maltese and it also seems like when hes busy he doesnt have the "cough"and no don't leave your hate comments .
