Can I join the PLC if I get a tattoo?

I'm a senior in high school, recently turned 18, and I want to get a tattoo sometime soon. During my junior year in college, I plan to join the Platoon Leader's Course with the Marine Corps and become an officer when I graduate. Can I get into the PLC with a tattoo? I plan to get it on my back, so it won't be seen when I am wearing a shirt.
