Can I pursue a graduate degree while in marine corps IRR? (individual ready reserve)?

Upon completion of PLC and TBS, I want to be a ground officer and their site says the minimum obligation is 31/2 years of active duty. The rest will be served in IRR. I was wondering if I can get a graduate degree while in IRR? Are there any restrictions, such as not being able to move from one state to the other while in IRR? The graduate school I want to attend will not be near any base I was originally stationed...
