A friend leaving in a refugee camp want her money to be transferred in my account in india possible?

Her lawyer's firm contacted me , asked to send some euros to them for preparation power of attorney, affidavit on oath, & it's presentation to the bankers for the the transfer of funds in to my bank a/c in india.The funds to be transferred from Royal Bank of Scotland PLC London. Is it possible?
