How long is active and inactive duty in Marine PLC-law?

How long How long is active and inactive duty in Marine PLC-law? Also From my understanding, once you have gone through Officer Candidate School for 10-weeks, you are commissioned as a 2Lt. Then for 3 years the Marines pay for your law school, and once you pass the bar you go on to TBS. After that i don't really know what happens. If someone could please clarify what exactly the processes is, and what inactive duty and active duty consist of, and how long each is. Also is active/inactive duty shorter if you don't have the Marine's pay for Law school?
