If my son was charged with a felony but it was dismissed is he still eligible for Marine PLC-Law?

If my son was was charged with possession of marijuana, which is a Class 6 felony in Arizona, however it was dismissed and we have the dismissal paper work, will he still be eligible for Marine PLC-Law program if he has been excepted into law school?
