Interest rate on 2011 kawasaki ninja 250r?

My suggestion is to NEVER buy a new bike as your first bike. You WILL drop it and do other damage. Wait till you have been riding for a year then buy a new one if you must. There are way too many people out there trying to get rid of there toys for dirt cheap to go out and get a new one that you can expect to damage. If you dont trust your judgement on a used bike find a good mechanic and negotiate a price to have him check the bike for you as you are looking about. You can always get the current owner to take it to your guy if he is unwilling move on to the next bike eventually you will find the perfect one for you at a price you can pay cash for and wont worry when you drop it.
