Marine corps plc vs occ?

ok, so i was doing a little searching around on the marineofficer.com site and now i'm confused. i was planning on doing plc during college (which is 2 6 week sessions correct?) but i came across occ (not ocs, i know what that is). could someone please clarify the difference/benefits etc? thanks in advance
