Pigeon with a twisted or broken neck ....?

i found a pigeon last night..... i think she was attacked by an animal... shez not able to fly(some prob with her wing) and her neck might be twisted or broken.... her neck is rotatin upside down ( 180 degree or so) in a very wierd manner..... wht should i do..... i hav brought her to my plc n givin her water n food.......... i dont want her to die... need som help
