So scared of my tetanus shot?

so yea i got a tetanus shot yesturday and gardasil and blood drawn. WOOH but yea so i can barely move the tetanus arm and also i pulled an allnighter last night which is the night of the shot for reasons that im not going to say right now but im scared my body wont be able to process the vaccines right and something will go wrong. or like my body wont have enough energy to fight the vaccines off since i got zero hours of sleep. ahhh im so scared :/ please plese help me!!!!
