Can I bring my dog outside/on a walk/ the park?

well here in the uk they need to have 2 sets of jabs one at 8 weeks then again 2 weeks later, it is then safe to take the pup out 2 weeks after that, they are vaccinated for parvo, leptospirosos, kennel cough (optional) tetanus, my vet wont spay a female until she has had her first season and neuter a male until about 9 months when the testicles are fully developed, although i have chosen to keep my boys entire as they are working dogs
