College questions/PLC/GI Bill?

I'm 14 and want to serve in the marines but i also want to go to college and get a bachelors degree in criminal justice i have been thinking about the PLC but i heard about the GI Bill and i'm wondering what the requirements are for the GI Bill and which option would be better GI Bill or PLC or any other option(s) you know about. any answers are greatly appreciated and could someone please explain and help me out im a little confused. Thanks!
