Is it better to have an incomplete vaccine or none at all? e.g. rabies?

im going to India (New Dehli) in two-three weeks and i want to know if having part of a vaccine to hepB and part of rabies would be worthwhile or if i shouldn't bother at all. Because if I started the course for the injections i would not be able to finish the course of injections, would that be pointless or would it give me some protection to the disease's?
