Is Marine Platoon Leaders Class harder then OCS?

I know both are really hard. But what I'm asking is it easier to do OCS which is 10 straight weeks. Or is it easier to do PLC which is divided into two different 6weeks? How does PLC work exactly? Like the second summer what do you do?
