My Son has 2 DUI's is he still eligible for Marine PLC-LAW?

If my son has 2 DUI's, one when he was 15 (which is on his juvenile record which has been sealed) and then he unfortunately got another DUI when he was 18. He has completed all requirements by the court and is truly a changed person, and he feels Marine PLC-Law program is the program for him. So my question is, is he still eligible even though these unfortunate situations have happened? He has already been excepted into an accredited law school.
