Out of state tuition for California?

I want to get a BA in general psychology and a masters in social working. I know that normally out of state tuition isn't worth it, especially for what I want to major (low salary) in but I want my permanent residency to be in CA by the time I've finished all of my schooling. I love the state, social workers with masters degrees make more in CA then the state I currently live in, and the weather would be comparable to the area I currently live in (east coast beach town). I don't know. I have so many questions regarding this. But the main question is are the out of state tuition costs worth it if I plan on making it my permanent residence? This is for the California state schools not UC's so the tuition will be cheaper. I'm definitely willing to get a on campus job and apply for loans. I'm not willing to change my major for a higher paycheck, this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. My parents will pay for 1/3 the tuition, the rest I have to come up with on my own and they make too much to qualify for FAFSA.

I am in DEP for the Marine Corps Reserve and i plan on being in the reserves while going through college and doing PLC. When i commission i plan on trying to become a pilot however I am now thinking about switching to Active and going to college after four years and using my GI Bill. Which route seems better? NJClass Loans already billing me?

I have taken a semester leave during late February from school and will be returning in the fall. I have also taken my "exit counseling interview" which was required by the financial aid office/loan company apon leaving. I have just gotten a letter in the mail stating that I have been 20 days past due my NJclass loan payment for the month and if 30 days past due, will be reported towards my credit. Why am I being billed if I have not been out of school for 6 months and have not dropped school? Whats worse is I cannot get a hold of these people on the phone or email so having my credit on the line is pretty serious when I cannot get any help or any answers. According to the NJClass Loan website, their loans work just like any other loan...monthly repayment is 6 months after a student leaves/exits school.

I just found out that the college I transferred from got sued for taking money from students. It was a private college. I had two scholarships (not from the school) that cover and was over my whole tuition and was told that I had to take out student loans. I also had to do work-study. One semester I couldn’t because they said I had too much money to qualify for work-study. Also students stayed in financial aid office. I asked them where student loans money went; they will say we sent it back. Most school will have you sign a paper that says you want to return the money. I never got anything back from this school. (Both scholarships allowed you to get the left over amount back). So I transferred to another school. I never had any problem with financial aid at this school. I get my money back. Now that I’m graduating next year, I will have to start paying back the loans. I look over my loan statements and I found out they didn’t sent any of my money back. I think my cat is sick from vaccines from the vet says no!?

I am very concerned about my 3 year old female cat. I took her to the vet about 2 or 3 weeks ago for some vaccines (she had never had any before) and she got I believe 3 of them (I know one was for rabies, and I can't remember the other 2 but one was I think for lukemia?) I went out of town two days after she got the shots and came back a week ago (house sitter didn't mention any trouble with her) and noticed that she was not acting herself, she's usually very friendly and runs up to people but she wouldn't budge from her bed. I thought at first that maybe she was just mad at me for being gone but I realized that she felt very warm and her eyes looked tired. She was still eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom but not as much. She also seems to be twitchy which makes her hair stand on end a little. I did research online and it seemed that she was having a reaction to the vaccines she had gotten. I just took her to the vet and she's gone form 11 pounds to 9 pounds in just a few weeks. The vet said that it couldn't be from the vaccines and they just took some blood and said they would call me tomorrow. Can a bank add a months payment to a repossession even if that months bill Isnt due?

So long story short my boyfriend and I have gone through some hardships in that last year, from getting laid off. We have fallen behind on our truck payments but have gotten caught back up and had a arrangement to pay the last payment to be completely caught up this friday. We have our truck loan with Compass bank and today we called to get the balance of what was due friday, come to find out they have placed our truck in repossession. Apparently the payment we made previously was one day late cuz the bank entered it to late in the night for them to get it same day. Anyways as angry as I am I understand the bank has the right to put our vehicle up for repossession, now my question comes into play. In order for us to take it out of repossession we have to pay a fee to get the notice off plus the balance that was still due, not a big problem except the bank is saying that the balance that is due includes next months payment plus what we were planning on paying friday. How does that work our payment isn't due till the 10th of the month, why do we have to pay next months payment when its not even up to be paid yet? Now Im pretty ticked off cuz how is that at all legal? Can someone please help i have no idea what Ima do since i don't have that kinda cash now!

Question concerning rabies!?

Not sure if I have this in the right category but: I was recently in the house of a friend who had put a dog down under "suspicious" circumstances where she told me that her yellow lab had developed canine laryngeal paralysis and was taken to the vet where she was supposedly giving a rabies vaccine and a steroid shot. The dog was taken home and apparently developed rabies-like symptoms and was euthanized about two weeks ago within a couple days of symptoms (2-3) and I was wondering if there was anyway I could contract the (possible? still not sure if that was the case) rabies from any surfaces I may have touched? I didn't stay long and used alcohol on my hands, arms, neck and face and everything I touched upon leaving and went right home and took a shower with anti-bacterial soap all over and washed all my clothes I had one in hot water. Can this kitten be saved!?

I moved into a new place about 3 weeks ago and there was a mama cat and 3 kittens under the deck that were pretty much left to fend for themselves. Within the past week the mom and two of the kittens have just up an disappeared (I think the neighbor got ahold of them) anyway, one of the cats has been walking around looking completely lost and I noticed her eyes are almost glued shut. She was so malnurished my 7 yr old son was able to catch her, i brought her inside, fed her, gave her some water and took a hot wash cloth to her goopy eyes. She has her eyes open now and i clean them about 4 or 5 times a day but they look horrible. So here's the deal... I'm 35, and I have about 40,000 in debt for a B.A. in political science (pretty much worthless, but earned summa *** laude thank you very much). Hi my mom has been paying off a car since november 2009 she has paid 538.00 monthly since. Should I go into the Marine Corps and start college a year late?

My dad was in the Marines and I have always wanted to join but now that I'm about to graduate I'm starting to get second thoughts. If I joined the Marines I would ship July 11th and go through 3 months of bootcamp and then my mos training. I wouldn't be able to start college until next fall. The problem with that is I am in tough classes, I would be going into AP calculus 2 and AP physics taking pretty hard classes and I don't want to leave that gap between high school and college. Yes you should be able to consolidate. I was working at a large bank for a while and a lot of people would lump things in with there whether it was debt or medical expenses. I would go into one of the banks and see if you can get a lower interest consolidated loan. It may be tricky but hopefully you can work something out with the bank. One bit of information the process may take a little while and generally they will make it sound like you will be able to get the loan the first time you walk out the door because they don't like to tell the client no when they first meet them so just because the first meeting goes well does not mean that it will go well. If you can't consolidate at least take out a loan for the credit card debt. Anything to get a smaller interest rate will help you. Credit card debt is a killer for the credit score and saving you have to do what you can to cut that down ASAP.

Well when you first get him you will have to buy saddles and tack and grooming gear and ect. that can be pretty costly. But if you buy just a little at a time then it may be easier. My vet has a health program for horses that costs about 400 dollars for everything. It includes vaccines, 1 check up, level one dental, and some other stuff. That helps a lot. You may want to ask your vet about that. If you board at a fancy heated barn it can be up to 800 dollars. But i board at a small barn that has a nice indoor and decent outdoor with a few stalls. That costs me about 400 a month. It includes feed and pasture during the day. She brings them in during storms and ect. Its nice. You can look for pasture board but they dont get grain. Then you would have to buy your own grain that costs about 30 bucks a bag. Bags only last a week or so. Deworming should be taken in moderation its like 15 bucks a tube. You give it to them yourselves and they say you should only do it twice a year so the worms dont grow an immunity to it. Just saying, but ask your vet. Ferrier should come out every 6-8 weeks and costs me 40 dollars everytime. I do all natural hoof care. But the rate should probably stay the same as long as you stay with a local ferrier. So it really all depends on what you decide to do with your horse but im gonna say that it will probably average out to cost you about 500 bucks a month to maintain a healthy horse (not including all those one time fees)

Why do home loan modifications take so long to review?

I have a home loan modification with Bank of America under review for 1 year and 6 months now. I've been on a trial period since then. Up to this date, they have not given me any response as to getting approved or denied. I call at least twice a month and all they tell me is that is still under review and no other documents are being requested. Signed as 'Grantor' on home equity loan. What is my responsibility?

Six years ago my wife took out a home equity loan. Her credit was scored higher than mine so the loan was issued in her name only. If you dont trust your judgement on a used bike find a good mechanic and negotiate a price to have him check the bike for you as you are looking about. It could possibly be a urinary tract infection (UTI) some dogs will consistantly lick down there when an infection is going on. Other symptoms of a UTI are urinating more frequently, accidents in the house, licking excessively. I would call my vet back and ask if you can bring in a urine sample to run just to be safe. I used to think Americans conservatives were reasonable and wise, but lately, the opposite seems to be true lately. I can't find too many moderate conservatives out there, all of them seem to be senile flag-waving "Christian Nation" bigots who get all their news from Fox, or radical Libertarians who advocate total disestablishment of all infrastructure so Koch Industries can buy more Lamborghinis to pollute the planet. Whenever I offer her evidence against her causes, she just shrugs it off and denies it because "I know I'm true". My father is a free-market guy who advocates the FairTax, a very radical idea of getting rid of all income tax in favor of a 30% sales tax... giving the rich the power to pummel the lower classes. Whenever I raise the fact that the 9/11 responders can't afford health insurance, he denies it and says "Everyone is insured in this country". Conservatives claim that Obama has ruined the country, but provide no evidence other than hypocritical, cherry-picked data and anecdotes... as well as stereotypes like "Welfare Queens" extending the wait times for healthcare. I heard one guy on Fox News claim that we're "Taxing Success"... really? These guys must be genius to find such successful justifications for their own selfishness, flaunting their wealth and establishing monopolies that influence our government. These guys would have much more money than the common man anyways... take, for instance, Eisenhower/Nixon-era tax rates. We're talking 70-90% income tax rates for the richest people in America... they still lived happily while we built vital infrastructure like Schools, Highways, and other modern-day necessities. Then Reagan came along and screwed the lower classes under the guise of the cold war and other flag-waving drivel.... unions were fired, the economy was deregulated, the rich got richer while the poor got poorer. How to route a single IP address out one certain NIC Ethernet adapter?

I am using window xp pro 32bit SP3 on Dell M4300 precision laptop. I program machines with PLC logic before they are plugged into our shop network. I have them all assigned a static IP address for communication on the shop network. They are all in the same subset as the rest of the network. The machine will be like 10.4.25.27 with sub-net 255.255.0.0 . However, I need to be able to use my wireless on the shop floor that is in the same ip range, but every time I plug into a machine I think it tries to send all my information out the wired lan, which makes it impossible to use my network drives, and internet. The wired lan will have an ip address like 10.4.25.50 sub-net 255.255.0.0, and the wireless will be 10.4.25.18 and 255.255.0.0 sub-net. I tried using a command: route add 10.4.25.27 mask 255.255.255.255 10.4.25.50 metric 2, but that fails. Any suggestions?

Doctor's error in drug history at meps for marines plc program, future implications for other branches?

I went to meps about 8 months ago when I was interested in the marines plc program. After leaving the facility I noticed the doctor who wrote down my drug history had made an error in the first occurrence of drug use. the error said I had used marijuana 15 times in 3 months rather than the correct length of time being 3 years. I had decided against pursuing the plc program shortly after and let the error go uncorrected. Now closer to graduating college I am interested in joining the air force fbi or cia. Will not correcting this error in the meps drug history come back to haunt me? Will my meps record even be on file?

Today I went to the doctor to get a TB test. After being given the shot, I didn't completely pass out, but almost did. Two days before I got my tetanus booster and meningococcal vaccine and the same thing happened. I am in about 10 hours into my training and was wondering whether or not this could affect me passing my exam. The doctors told me it was vasovagal syncope. How can I prove that I can afford to make my car payment in an upcoming reaffirmation agreement hearing?

I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Michigan. The only secured debt that I have is a car loan which I signed a reaffirmation agreement for. Now I have to go to court to prove that I will be able to afford my car payments. My question is how do I prove I can make my payment to the judge? My parents live with me and my mother was my co-signer for the loan. She plans on going and telling the judge that if I can't make my payments she will do it. She doesn't have a very large income though so I am not sure how much of an impact that will have. I really can afford the payments myself but the way they figure expenses for basic things like food and clothing differ from the way I budget. I spend much less than other people apparently. Any suggestions as to how I can prove that the payments will be made would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Right, im 25 and have been unemployed since august 2010. I have a son of 6 months and a partner. Currently we live inside a council accommodation that is covered by housing benefit (please don't judge, for 3 months prior to my partner falling pregnant she went to college and worked part time as a housekeeper in medway hospital) as we are currently on a joint claim of job seekers allowance. Who on earth told you this? The point of being a limited company is that your assets and those of the business are separated and your assets can't be used to pay a business debt. Make sure you have the right sort of liability cover and that it covers everything that you need it to cover. If anyone sued you then they would have to sue the company not you as an individual. To reduce the risk make sure you operate on a belt and braces system eg use two cameras at least on a shoot and these days with digital you can take as many pictures as you like at no cost.

I filed bankruptcy 3 years ago because of medical bills. Ive had a mortgage for 8 years have never been late on a payment and my local credit union has given me 3 small loans since my bankruptcy that were paid off all on time.
